Salmon Bay Marine Center (SBMC) - the largest super-yacht facility on the West Coast is now open.

Located in Seattle in fresh water 1,000 yards from the Puget Sound, SBMC has 18 new dock slips that accommodate vessels from 100 feet to 240 feet.

Eight new Class A buildings of 74,500 square feet offer premium waterfront office and shop space, with a single caretaker apartment on the top floor of each building. Tenants include Westport Shipyards, Westport Yacht Sales, Fraser Yachts, Grand Banks Yachts Limited, S3 Maritime, Sylvia Bolton Design, Adriel Design, Maritime Yacht Corp., Always Perfect Canvas Works, Boat Detail Northwest, Pacific Yacht Management and British Seapower and others.

The combination of large dock slips and marine services tenants on site makes SBMC the largest contiguous big boat moorage and service facility of its kind on the U.S. West Coast. The facility offers slips for lease or purchase, plus leased spaces for marine-related services.
